Your day-to-day experience with us will not change. However, a key decision underlying our move to independence is our selection of Charles Schwab Advisor Services as the custodian of our clients’ assets. This decision was carefully considered and researched. Charles Schwab can deliver institutional investment research and access to world-class investment managers, as well as 15,480 mutual funds and a wide range of separate account managers, alternative investments and other services.
Charles Schwab is one of the world’s largest custodians with over $4.05 trillion in client assets. Charles Schwab meets industry standards for protecting its clients’ assets and is a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), with excess SIPC protection offered through Lloyd’s of London up to an aggregate of $600M in additional insurance specifically for the protection of client assets. Charles Schwab offers the safety of both its size and financial strength, backed by more than 30 years of experience supporting independent advisors like Conversant. Charles Schwab manages the time-consuming back-office functions so we can focus addressing the needs of our cherished clients, like you.
While it has been our promise to launch Conversant Wealth in a professional and respectful way, it was simply not practical nor permissible to share our plans in advance. Transparency is fundamental to the culture of our firm, and we’d be happy to answer any questions at your convenience.

Why did you create your own firm?
The quality of the service you’ve come to expect from us will not change. If anything, we are committed to only improve and elevate the experience for you. The financial and investment solutions we can offer you, however, will be greatly enhanced, as we can now offer and execute a wider range of investments and investment strategies.
Because our firm is very team-oriented, you’ll benefit from the collaborative approach we take in serving you. Your financial advisor won’t change, but you’ll meet new, experienced team members who all bring specific skills and expertise to serving you. As the team anticipates your changing needs and circumstances, we’ll be able to offer you an enhanced array of investment solutions – which means we can truly place our clients’ best interests first, in fulfillment of our fiduciary duty.
Our desire to help our clients achieve the very best in their lives drove us to be independent. We needed the freedom and flexibility to provide the best possible options to assist our clients in developing smart financial plans, designing personalized asset allocations, constructing values-aligned investment portfolios, and articulating how they would like to preserve and transfer their wealth. We knew that this privilege would come with the responsibility of the fiduciary standard, and we welcome it. Because, ultimately, everything we wish to achieve begins with putting our clients’ best interests first. Empowering our decision to be independent is our partnership with Sanctuary Wealth. What won’t change are the core strategies we use to manage your assets – customized to your needs. What will improve, however, are certain capabilities, including enhanced interactive financial planning, as well as a greater availability of investment options and investment strategies, created by a broadening of our open architecture. 
The Conversant team is available to help you with automating bill payments, transferring loan balances, and all other banking services.
We would be honored to continue to work with you. We are sending you the paperwork required for us to transfer your accounts to the management of Conversant Wealth. If you have any questions about completing the documentation, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience at + 1 877.433.5306 (Toll Free). Once we receive your signed paperwork, your assets will be moved electronically to our new custodian, Charles Schwab, by means of an ACATS transfer (“Automated Customer Account Transfer Service”). We will call you shortly to answer your questions and to ensure a perfectly smooth transition of your accounts and assets.
